Empowerment Through Community
No organization grows alone. We work shoulder to shoulder with founders, boards, and volunteers so capability stays with your people after we leave the room.

About The Table
The Table Consulting exists to leaders the operational backing they were never trained for so the calling doesn't collapse under the paperwork.
Mission
We equip non-profits, ministries, and purpose-driven businesses with the legal, financial, marketing and operational infrastructure required to serve their communities with excellence and integrity.
Vision
We believe that the size of an organization's budget should never determine whether its mission gets a seat.
No organization grows alone. We work shoulder to shoulder with founders, boards, and volunteers so capability stays with your people after we leave the room.
Legal structure, clean finances, and documented process are not bureaucracy — they are the floor a mission stands on when it starts carrying weight.
Growth should not cost you the integrity that made people believe in you. We design systems that protect the relational heart of the work.
The Team

CO-FOUNDER
Cheyanne is the Co-Founder of The Table, where she leads the operational, administrative, and organizational side of bringing ideas to life. She has a gift for turning vision into structure and focuses on building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow organizations to operate effectively and grow sustainably. At The Table, Cheyanne helps ensure that great ideas do not stay ideas, but become organized, functional, and sustainable organizations equipped to serve their communities. Her approach is simple: build the foundation right, create the structure to support growth, and make sure everyone has a seat at the table.
"Everybody deserves to have a seat at the table."

CO-FOUNDER
Jayden is the Co-Founder of The Table, where he focuses on vision, creative strategy, partnerships, and bringing ideas to life. He has a passion for helping organizations move from vision to execution by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, building relationships, and creating the momentum needed to turn an idea into something that can truly serve people. At The Table, Jayden leads with a simple belief: when you’re given more, you build a bigger table, not a bigger wall. His goal is to help organizations build with purpose, operate with excellence, and create opportunities that extend beyond themselves.
"We were not saved to sit the sidelines. We were saved to be sent."
