Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds are considered.

1. Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable service agreement, statement of work, purchase terms, and whether work has already been performed. No universal refund amount applies.
2. Requests and Charges
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing. Completed services may not be refundable. Third-party charges may be subject to the provider’s policies. Deposits may be non-refundable when expressly stated in a signed agreement. Recurring services may have cancellation notice requirements stated in the applicable agreement.

Your specific agreement controls if it contains different terms.
